911Tuning 996TT X-Design Sport Exhaust

We are proud to offer this Porsche 996 turbo exhaust system. Since 2007, we spent countless of hours developing a unique muffler sound by testing various muffler cores along with muffler packing materials to create the perfect note and pitch. We make the muffler from scratch in house along with our X design cross over that is perfectly balanced. We do not use any over the counter components to cut corners. Stainless steel V bands and .5″ thick custom CNC machined flanges are welded to the catalytic converters. We offer this system with 200 cell stainless steel catalytic converters (made in the USA). The system is TIG welded and ported inside for maximum flow. We customize each  system to your spec be it 2 muffler, 4 muffler, or even straight pipe X Design. During the final stage of production we hand polish to mirror finish. We offer 2.5″, 2.5″ outer diameter tubing but a combination of any two are an option. Thus when we say we hand craft each system per client specs we really mean it. From start to finish it is made to order and we even include pics during the production period. The complete 3″ exhaust system weighs 28 lbs. with  cats. Our X design exhausts have made astonishing 1250hp/1100tq. One can choose various exhaust tips including dual 3′ straight cut, rolled, and even mini resonator type. We also offer a cost conscious version of this Porsche 996 turbo exhaust system, the X-design race version with with perforated inner cores.
